Built in 1958, Tormore was one of the first new distilleries to appear during the post-World War II Scotch boom. The distillery is known more for its beautiful architecture than for its scotch, which are predominately used for blends. Characterized as being fruit-forward, light, and smooth, Tormore scotch highlight the sweet aromas of pear and melon and malty notes. A majority of Tormore scotch is matured in old bourbon barrels, adding a nice aroma of vanilla and spice to each blend.

The Munro's Single Malt Scotch Whisky Cask Strength Vintage Bottling is aged 22-years and non-chill filtered. It offers amazing warmth and sweetness, with a butterscotch finish that would compliment coffee and chocolate perfectly.
