Get a great start on a gourmet kitchen with the gorgeous Furtif Evercut 4-Piece Kitchen Knife Set from renowned French knife maker Tarrerias-Bonjean. It includes all your prep work essentials, along with Evercut® Technology to provide a razor-sharp edge that never requires sharpening.
Each Evercut® blade is made in Thiers, France from tempered French stainless steel, which is then bonded to ultra-hard Titanium Carbide using a 7,000°F laser. This results in a virtually wearproof edge that remains sharp 300 times longer than steel alone and 5 times longer than ceramic blades according to British CATRA laboratory. That translates roughly to 25 years of use! Each knife is engraved with a unique serial number and inspected up to 20 times to ensure a sharp and perfectly balanced knife.
This set includes the 3.5" paring knife, 4.5" utility knife, 7.5" santoku knife, and 8.5" carving knife to handle just about every task in the kitchen.
