Are the Spira Running Shoes true to size and is the toe box narrow?

They run true to size based on the Brannock Device found in most shoe stores, although the material and construction of the uppers can give each shoe a slightly different fit.

The toebox of our running shoes is a "D" medium width, which is the standard width for men's shoes. Note again that upper construction can give a shoe a snugger fit than others.

What widths does shoe come in?

It is only available in a "D" (Medium) Width.
