FAQ
Will the charger work through a case or does the case have to be removed?

You will need a magnetic or MagSafe case to be able to use the power bank with a case. The charger will also attach directly to the back of your phone as long as you have an iPhone 12 or 13.

Are there any limitations to these magnetic chargers working with a case on the phone, or does it need to be touching the surface of the phone itself, without a case, to transfer a charge to the battery built into the phone?

You will need a magnetic or Magsafe case for your iPhone.

Do you have one for Android?

We currently do not have one specifically for Android. Boosta does charge all Qi-enabled devices but will not magnetically attach like it would with the iPhone 12 & 13.

Will this attach to a magnetic phone mount in a car?

Boosta will not magnetically attach to a phone car mount.
