Can you adjust the speed of the movement?

All of our sandpictures come with a syringe & needle to adjust the air. If you adjust the air, you can control the speed of sand dropping.

Do you need to keep turning it over each time the sand runs from the top to the bottom or is it automatic? Can this be hung on the wall?

Yes, you need to turn it over manually. Triple X Walnut is designed as a desktop. Unfortunately, it's not recommended to mount on the wall.
