Can it be cut and will it come with multi-connectors?

The LEDs strips have cut lines printed every 4 inches where the strip may safely be cut and not affect the performance of the LEDs. There is an end cap provided to finish the cut edge. The cut piece cannot be used to reconnect to a strip.

Is the strip bendable around corners?

Yes, the LED flex strip can bend around corners. One should be careful not to stress the lines and make hard creases in the LED tape, but a 90-degree bend is easily achieved.

Is it battery powered? If so, where does the battery pack hide when installing underneath bathroom counters (as in the video)? Also where is the motion sensor mounted?

The mylight products are NOT battery powered. They come with a US plug on the power cord and require a standard outlet for power.

The sensor should be mounted in a position so that eye will detect one approaching or getting out of bed. This is generally on a leg of a bed or under a nightstand. The installation instructions show the best location for optimal operation. Be sure that the sensor eye is not obstructed by anything, such as a bed skirt, storage under the bed, etc.

How long is the power cord?

The power cord is 85inches.

Can it be paired with hue lights?

No, the mylight system is not compatible with Hue.

Can it stay on at night time if we install under neat a wall unit for example?

The lights are designed to turn on when motion is detected and then turn off after a period of time that is adjustable from 30 seconds to 10 minutes. To have the lights stay on through the night one would need to remove the sensor and plug the LED strip directly to the power supply.

Can it be cut in half & used in another room?

The LED strip can be cut. There are cut-lines every 4inches printed on the strip. However, the cut-off piece cannot be reused.

Can it be put on carpet?

We do not advise trying to adhere the LED strips to the carpet. A clean, smooth surface is recommended.
