It was borne from the ambitious desire to reinterpret a classic into high art. What was once just a scuffed up table in your grandparents' basement has been utterly transformed into a superlative piece of sculpture. Each table is shockingly transparent, with unusual clean lines and perfect details that bely the technological innovation its built with.
The Lungolinea was designed by Torino-based, award-winning company Adriano Design, founded by brothers Davide and Gabriele Adriano. Their work has been displayed in some of the most distinguished museums, including the Triennale Design Museum and the Chicago Atheneaum.
