Leonidas' Dagger // Exact Museum Replica
Product Description
Handcrafted in Greece from solid bronze, the Leonidas' Dagger is an exact reproduction of a bronze dagger found at excavations near the ground of the Battle of Thermopylae in the late '50s. The original is dated to 480 BCE and currently resides at the National Archaeological Museum, Athens. Due to the ornament design on the blade, it is believed to have belonged to a high ranking officer of the Spartan Hoplite Army. This replica sword is offered with a marble stand to create a perfect display piece.
