Ruby Chocolate comes from the rare “ruby cocoa” beans—a gift from nature. The ruby cocoa gives it a natural pink color and unique flavor. Enjoy this smooth, creamy chocolate that is lightly sweet with fruity notes.
New York features Belgian Ruby Cacao bars with apple, cocoa nibs, and dark chocolate pearls. Paris features Belgian Ruby Cacao bars with French pralines, golden fig, and dark chocolate pearls. Tokyo features Belgian Ruby Cacao bars with private reserve Shizuoka matcha, Japanese Emperor's genmai rice, and white chocolate pieces.
Genie Kwon is Flair's head Chocolate Designer. Genie brings you not just her talents as a world-class chocolatier but also her palate as a renowned pastry chef.
In 2017, Genie was named "Pastry Chef of the Year" by Esquire Magazine. She was recognized for her work as a founder and pastry chef of Oriole, which earned 2 Michelin stars in only 7 months! Genie’s global experience making delicious desserts is what gives Flair chocolates its world of flavors.
