A blend of 95% Maguey Espadín and 5% Maguey Salmiana, the ultra-premium Joven Mezcal is a luxury to drink. The sensory notes include subtle smoke, aloe, morning dew, white pepper, river stones, and sage grass.
This ultra premium Añejo Mezcal is an ensemble of single-origin maguey (agave)—90% Maguey Espadín, 5% Maguey Azul, and 5% Maguey Verde. Aged in charred oak bourbon barrels for at least 2 years, this unique blend creates beautiful notes of vanilla extract, smoked caramel, cacao, and turmeric.
El Tinieblo Mezcal Joven Special Edition is a blend of single-origin maguey (agave) comprised of 95% Maguey Espadín and 5% Maguey Verde. Winner of the Gold Medal at London Spirits Competition 2020, Special Edition #1 offers notes of stone, sweet agave, nuanced smoke, and black peppercorns with a warm finish. Special Edition #2 features flavors of stony minerals, nuanced smoke, cooked agave, tart blackberry, and green peppercorns.
