1935 P ERROR Buffalo Nickel PCGS 65 # 413
Product Description
Being offered today is an ERROR STRIKE and VERY RARE example of a 1935 P (Philadelphia) Buffalo Nickel. If you look on the reverse of the coin the strike is off center, making this an error coin.
Error coins are much harder to find because the mint highly scrutinizes all coins for a perfect strike. It is very rare that these coins are released from the mint into the public. When they were striking the reverse, the coin shifted to the right.
This Buffalo Nickel is graded by PCGS in Mint State 65. The PCGS encapsulation guarantees the coin’s MS-65 condition. The coin already has some beautiful toning on the front and back of the coin. This is primarily due to the coins age. All of this adds up to a great opportunity for the collector or investor!
This coin is an unusually nice high-end survivor with a sharp strike. The strike on this coin showcases the intricate details of the design, making it a beautiful addition to any collection.
The buffalo nickel is technically known as the “Five-Cent Indian Head” coin. It's also commonly referred to as the “Buffalo Nickel” or “Bison Nickel” due to the bison on the back and often the “Indian Nickel” based on the portrait of a classic American native on the front.
This rare 1935 P Buffalo Nickel is a true gem for anyone looking for something out of the ordinary. With its impeccable MS 65 grade, certified by PCGS, it is a must-have for those who appreciate the value of rare coins.
This coin is encased and sealed by PCGS. Every PCGS certified coin is backed by the industry leading PCGS guarantee, which provides greater protection for both BUYERS AND SELLERS.
