What type of technical support is offered for this system?

When the card is full does it overwrite the data or do you have to change or erase the card manually?

When the SD card is full, the oldest video recordings will be automatically overwritten by the new ones. You do not have to change or erase the card manually.

Does the video coverage go to the iCloud?

No, XC camera does not support cloud videos, it supports local storage with an SD card up to 128GB. All the video recordings can be playback via Bosma App on a phone, or you can take the SD card out and view the video recordings on a PC.
