Big Fork Brands Bacon Hot Dogs are no ordinary hot dogs. These naturally smoked, bacon-stuffed hot dogs are made with whole muscle pork from Berkshire hogs—raised outdoors by small independent farmers in Iowa—and encased in sheep casing so they're extra snappy. Each one is crammed with as much bacon as it can handle, for a taste that's slightly smoked on the inside and on the outside. Zero seasoning is added to these dogs so the meat can speak for itself. Hickory & Applewood is the original, with a complex blend of smoky notes to accent the sweet-saltiness of nitrate-free bacon. It was the winner of a Sofi Award at the Fancy Food Show in 2016. A great all around cooking sausage, it's perfect for adding flavor to any dish with vegetables, pasta, or gain dishes, as well as soups and stews.

Aged Cheddar is loaded with Wisconsin-made, all-natural cheddar cheese. Winner of Esquire Magazine’s Best Food in America in 2014, this sausage is best on a bun with the topping of your choice.

Maple & Brown Sugar is the sweetest version—designed for breakfast and brunch—and packed with flavor. Using 100% pure maple syrup and dark brown sugar to accent the savory saltiness of the nitrate-free bacon, this sausage is exceptional with pancakes, waffles, French toast, or eggs.

Chicken & Bacon is a lower fat sausage. It still features nitrate-free bacon, but substitutes all the pork with Gap 2 certified white meat chicken tenderloins. Bacon & Ale is made in conjunction with craft brewer Two Brothers Brewery, who makes a low IBU weissbier called Abel’s Weiss, which is added at 8% of the entire recipe.
