Product Description

This is a very nice fossilized crab in matrix from New Zealand. This species is Imaizumila Araucana, and this specimen is highly detailed with both claws. The secondary crab to the right of the piece is not as complete as the first, however it displays half of its body, and a detailed right claw. This specimen dates to the Late Miocene— Early Oligocene Epoch and is approximately 25 million years old. This piece comes with an acrylic display stand.
