Product Description

A very nice Henry Deringer Style pocket percussion pistol made circa 1840-1860. Very small size, with a 43 caliber 3 inch barrel, checkered stock with silver plate & German silver inlaid fittings and trigger guard, wood ramrod, engraved sidelock and hammer, top of the barrel and tang engraved as well. Nice condition overall, with dings, dents and scuffs commensurate with age. It has a nice, rich patina, and the hammer holds and snaps, some original finish remaining. Total pistol length just 7.25 inches! Very similar to the famous “Lincoln Derringer” used by John Wilkes Booth when he changed the course of world history.
