A lovely and quite large ceramic ginger jar dating from China’s middle Qing Dynasty, c. 17th-19th century AD. The body with light blue-green crackled glaze, the mouth, rim, and foot in earthen tones, and the very bottom with a glossy brown glaze. Could easily still be used to store dry goods!
