The unique qualities of Allaire Crystal Aged Tequila come from using the most select blue weber agaves from Los Altos region in Jalisco, Mexico. Allaire slowly cooks the agaves in a low but constant temperature over 48 hours to obtain the perfect balance between sweetness and true agave flavor. Produced in small batches, they use only the heart of the distillation, free of any additives, to respect its true essence. The tequila is then aged at least 6 months in bourbon oak barrels, and filtered with a innovative process that gives it its characteristic crystal tone.
